Transportation
How can I get to Hiroshima City from JR Saijo Station?
If you're traveling by train, board the Sanyo Main Line from JR Saijo Station heading towards Hiroshima. The journey from JR Saijo Station to JR Hiroshima Station takes about 40 minutes.
If you're taking the bus, board the bus to Hiroshima Bus Center from platform No. 5 at the South Exit bus rotary of Saijo Station.
How can I get to Miyajima from JR Saijo Station?
From JR Saijo Station, take the JR Sanyo Main Line heading for Hiroshima and Iwakuni, and get off at Miyajimaguchi Station. You can then transfer to the ferry to Miyajima.
Where can I catch the limousine bus to Hiroshima Airport? How do I buy tickets?
The boarding point is located at the North Exit of JR Saijo Station. No advance tickets are required when departing from Saijo—just pay onboard.
