Japanese and Western restaurant, operated by Kamotsuru Sake Brewery, where you can enjoy Japanese sake

This Japanese sake and dining restaurant is located on Saijo Sakagura-dori Street in the town of sake.

Savor meticulously crafted original dishes designed to enhance your sake experience, such as bishu-nabe — the original Kamotsuru hotpot prepared with sake — and Hiroshima beef cheek stew simmered in sake and red wine. There is also a wide selection of other seasonal Japanese and Western cuisine that pairs well with Kamotsuru sake.
