Hana Jidori Ramen

Try the delicious jidori (free-range chicken) ramen

This warm and welcoming restaurant opened in April 2025 on the first floor of the Higashihiroshima Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Sunlight filters through the trees into the restaurant, where you can relax and enjoy a meal while gazing at Mitsujo Kofun, one of the largest groups of burial mounds in Hiroshima Prefecture.

The signature dish is a local chicken ramen made with Koijidori, a brand of free-range chicken from Higashihiroshima. You can also enjoy other local flavors, such as Takachan ramen, the original Onomichi-style ramen; fried gyoza (dumplings) made with local green onions; and komekara (fried chicken made with rice flour), a Higashihiroshima specialty.
