mike cacao

Chocolate treats filled with the charm of a sake-brewing region, prepared in a 150-year-old traditional Japanese house

This specialty shop for chocolate and baked goods is located on Saijo Sakagura-dori Street.

Enjoy bean-to-bar chocolate, chocolate confections, and chocolate drinks, prepared by chocolatiers who have studied their craft in Europe. Bonbon chocolates made with Saijo sake are always a favorite souvenir.

The interior of the shop also has an atmosphere that is unique to Saijo. Every day we strive to be a small-town shop that you will want to visit again.
