The chef’s recommendation is a creative dish inspired by Saijo’s local specialty, the Bishu-nabe hotpot.

Hiroshima specialties like okonomiyaki and koiwashi tempura (deep-fried sardines) are also popular dishes. The all-you-can-drink service is available without a reservation. You can enjoy many alcoholic beverages. Private rooms (for 4 to 8 people) and large rooms accommodating up to 70 people are available. This is a great place to celebrate special occasions and to hold farewell/welcome parties. Everyone on the staff is looking forward to welcoming you.
