This udon restaurant, operated by a long-established soy sauce brewery with over 95 years of history, is located along Boulevard, the road connecting JR Saijo Station and Hiroshima University.

It prides itself on dishes made with its signature soy sauce, and its homemade udon noodles are also popular. You can also enjoy Japanese cuisine such as tempura and nigirizushi. The interior features a warm, wood-toned space where you can savor your meal in a relaxed atmosphere.

The menu also includes halal-certified fried chicken set meals and tempura set meals, as well as other selections that allow foreign guests to enjoy their meal with peace of mind.
